FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has primary converter with two cylindrical sections of equal height, which are provided with double walls-electrodes. One section is positioned inside teat liner and other section in teat cup wall space. Outer wall of sections defined by potential electrode is composed of current-conductive filaments positioned adjacent to flexible members of teat cup and earthed electrode of outer section of converter is made as set of plates positioned in opposed relation to filaments. Earthed electrode of inner section is formed as central carrier rod. One end of current-conductive filaments is fixed in movable dielectric ring and other end in immovable end. Primary converter electrode leads are connected to registering unit such as self-recorder. During operation of milking unit current-conductive filament, carrier rod and plates contact moments are registered. EFFECT: increased precision in determining milking unit pulsation ratio and enhanced reliability in operation. 1 dwg
