SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, mango and bulb onions cutting and blanching, lettuce and celery greens cutting and freezing, chicken fillet cutting, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with salt and black hot pepper, sour cream and mayonnaise mixing, the produced mixtures packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
