SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting and blanching tomatoes, cucumbers and bulb onions cutting and freezing green onions and potherbs, cutting of calamari fillet, pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake, the listed components with salt and black hot pepper, mixing sour cream and mayonnaise packing, the produced mixtures packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce adhesion manufactured target product to container walls.
