FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: joint fusion between the first instep bone and a medial cuneiform bone is added with a joint fusion between the second instep bone and an intermediate cuneiform bone by sawing a cylindrical autogenous graft consisting of fragments of a base of the first and second instep bones, a distal portion of the medial and intermediate cuneiform bones, and removing them. A formed cylindrical tunnel is used for performing a cuneiform osteotomy formed after sawing out a portion of the base of the first instep bone. The cylindrical tunnel is re-modelled. Sawing the cylindrical autogenous graft does not extend all the way down the bones and requires no articular cartilage excision. The autogenous grafts are rolled out to cover a zone of the fused joints; a pin and a screw are used for the graft osteosynthesis below the zone of joint fusion through a diaphysis of the first instep bone into a diaphysis of the second instep bone to form a physiological angle between the first and second instep bones.
EFFECT: method provides the immobility between the first and second instep and cuneiform bones in the physiological position.
