SUBSTANCE: gas and fluid heat-exchange device includes minimum one heat-exchange structure located below the ground surface. In the bottom part of the heat-exchange structure there is an underground reservoir. Above the underground reservoir, there is a water heat-exchanger for using in warm period of a year. In addition, the device includes a submersible pump, which in warm period of a year is at the bottom of casing of a central freezing plant with a pressure delivery hose connected to the inlet of a water heat-exchanger and a draining hose connected to the outlet of a water-heat exchanger and a reservoir.
EFFECT: invention allows for ensuring operation efficiency and stability of a heat-exchange device.
