FIELD: atomic power engineering. SUBSTANCE: system is provided with ground heat exchanger in circuit of circulating water which is mounted outside limits of protective envelope in ground mass in the form of upper and lower adits. Penetration zone made of porous ground communicating with lower adit by means of boreholes is located between them. Sprinkler is positioned in upper adit coupled through pump to vessel collecting waste water. Lower adit has reservoir-tray communicating with vessel of storage water.
