SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Copolymer is obtained by polymerisation of a) at least one compound of formula (I) (monomer α)

where R1 and R2 independently on each other, in each case stand for H or CH3, R3 stands for C6-C10-aryl or C7-C12-aralkyl, which can carry one or a larger number of similar or different C1-C9-alkyl and/or C1-C5-alkoxyl substituents, and n stands for integer number from 0 to 1000, b) at least one compound, selected from the group of N-vinyl amides, N-vinyl lactames, N-vinyl imines and N-vinyl amines with 2-15 carbon atoms (monomer β), c) if necessary one or a larger number of different difunctional linking components and d) if necessary one or a larger number of different polymerisation regulators and e) if necessary one or a larger number of additional copolimerised components (monomer γ) suitable for intensification of systemic action of pesticide. Agrochemical preparation contains said copolymer. Said agrochemical preparation is applied on plants, seeds, soils to fight harmful insects and, phytopathogenic fungi.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve systemic action of preparation.
