FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device for production of aqueous extract from plant material comprises a hopper for raw material, with double bottom, an auger, tubes of hot water supply, loading and unloading hatches. The upper bottom of the hopper for raw material is made in the form of a cylindrical chute with a perforated surface. The auger is mounted in the chute with the ability to rotate, it is made in the form of a screw plate spring and is connected to the gear by a cam mechanism providing its compression and decompression. The cylindrical chute is provided with steam pipes mounted on the outer side below its horizontal axis and supplying steam into the inner cavity of the chute through direct flow valves.
EFFECT: intensification of the process of production of concentrated aqueous extract of plant material.
