FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a controlled valve mechanism for a heat exchanger, in particular, for a radiator. The controlled valve unit comprises a valve flap controlling the flow of fluid heat carrier through the heat exchanger and operated by a drive. The said drive is controlled by a controlling unit. The said controlling unit comprises a teaching unit. The teaching unit is used to determine the time of periodic centralised decrease of temperature for the night period. The said reaching unit rewrites the control in the valve unit.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at energy saving in the centralised heating or cooling system.
