SUBSTANCE: system by one of the variants includes equipment of a pipe string at least with a packer with or without a disconnector from two parts - removable and non-removable; an electric submersible unit, with or without casing, equipped with telemetrics and located over or between formations above the packer; liner under the electric submersible unit; cut-off for lower formation, located below the electric submersible unit. At that, cut-off consists of a body with the pass channel, inside of which there is at least one controlled element is positioned, which interacts directly or through the rod with the shutoff unit. The pipe string above the electric submersible unit is equipped either with a sleeve with side branch, with both a sleeve with side branch and a nipple with through axial channel, or with a nipple with side branch, with through eccentric and non-through or through axial channels. In the nipple's axial channel a separator of two cavities is lowered on an additional pipe string of smaller diameter, with or without a back valve, or a retrievable valve is installed using wireline technique or free fall method. Below the electric submersible unit, the cut-off for bottom formation is made with the side entry or liner is equipped with an additional sleeve with the side entry. Below and above the electric submersible unit, side entry and branch of cut-off and the sleeve, or cut-off and the nipple, or the additional sleeve and the sleeve, respectively, are connected between with a hydraulic tube passing outside of the electric submersible unit or inside of its casing. Cut-off is positioned tough directly under telemetrics or casing, or above the packer, or under the packer, or on any part of liner, or in a detachable part of the separator. The packer between formation is positioned either separately before run in the well of the electric submersible unit or at the same time with the electric submersible unit at its liner If the packer is of hydraulic action, then with the increase of pressure in its hydraulic chamber, connected with the pipe string or the additional pipe string through a hydraulic tube, it is seated either automatically with start of the electric submersible unit and increase of pipe pressure at its output, or with aimed generation and maintenance of excessive pressure in the pipe string. Cut-off forms between the body and the controlled element a working chamber, hydraulically connected with the pipe string or the additional pipe string through the hydraulic tube. At that, its controlled element is made in form either of a piston, with or without through axial channel, or a bellows, with or without filling compressed gas, and the shutoff unit is made in form of pair "cylinder - plunger shutter" or "support seat - stop gate"; at that, the piston or bellows and/or the gate are under set force of the elastic member. The cut-off working chamber or cavity of its body above the piston with through axial channel is hydraulically connected directly with telemetrics. Cut-off by movement of the controlled element to one or another side closes or opens the shutoff unit from generated and/or bleeding down excessive pressure in the pipe string or the additional pipe string, and that means also in the working chamber, using a collar pump or a compressor, or using the electric submersible unit, changing rpm of its engine, or by temporary shutoff and then opening on the collar of flow area of the gate or controller with the electric submersible unit working; in particular, it either with generation and maintenance of set excessive pipe pressure in the working chamber forces closing or opening of the shutoff unit, and with pressure bleeding-off from it on the contrary opens or closes the shutoff unit under force of the elastic element, or with each short-term generation and then bleeding down of set excessive pipe pressure in the working chamber closes and opens the shutoff unit in turn by the principle of operation of a mechanical pen In the last case, for fixation of its opened and close state, cut-off is additionally furnished with a control mechanism of any design; for example in form rotating on a rod or in the body coded bushing with through or dead shaped slots for a limiter, respectively, in the body or on the rod; as a result, when generating excessive pressure in the pipe string or the additional pipe string, the cut-off controlled element forced to move from one fixed - upper most or middle position, to not fixed - bottom position; and vice versa, when bleeding pressure off it, the controlled element under force of the elastic element moves, respectively, to another - middle or upper most position. Also, 9 more variants of the system are designed.

EFFECT: possibility of control from the well collar by hydraulic or mechanical action of one or two cut-offs, below or above the electric submersible unit, for studying and recording formation parameters.
