SUBSTANCE: method involves chicken eggs boiling, shelling and cutting, potatoes cutting and blanching, brined cucumbers and cooked sausage cutting, fresh green peas freezing, the listed components mixing with salt, the produced mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation. In the mixture composition one additionally uses ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake that is preliminarily poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
