The composition for stimulating growth and development of agricultural crops includes alkanolamine, boric acid, citric acid, water and a copper compound in the molar ratio copper compound: boric acid: citric acid: alkanolamine of 1:(2-8):(1-10):(4-80), with the following content of components, wt %: mixture of copper compound, boric acid, citric acid and alkanolamine in the molar ratio given above - 0.5-50, water - the balance.
EFFECT: invention increases yield.
