SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Composition for stimulating growth and development of plants includes a mixture of compounds of molybdenum, copper and zinc, citric acid and alkanolamine in molar ratio 1:(1-10):(1-25):(1-100):(4-100) and water in ratio (wt%): mixture of compounds of molybdenum, copper and zinc, citric acid and alkanolamine – 0.5–70.0, water – balance.
EFFECT: composition can be used for foliage spraying of plants, as well as for presowing treatment of seeds and provides high crop yield.
