FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: vibration unit comprises toroidal working chamber with vibrator fitted at the bed. Working chamber has multistart helical surface with screw grooves inside and outside said working chamber at the angle to its axis in the form polygonal-shape different size pockets made along the working chamber perimeter. Said working chamber is composed of sections, each being composed of circular sector with polyhedral surface. Said sector consists of coiled strip flexed in crease arranged at the angle to strip edges of different length, spacing between them being equal to the length of every side of said pockets to make different-size quadrangle with two parallel sides. Sections are interconnected by free sides of said quadrangles.

EFFECT: enhanced performances, higher efficiency.
