SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in machining parts in containers oscillating at low frequency. Working chamber is elastically mounted on bed and shaped to torus with wavy multistart screw bicurved surface with screw channels arranged inside and outside at angle to chamber axis. Said channels feature pocket-like shape with centers of curvature located inside and outside chamber cross-section. Said chamber is composed of sections shaped to circular sector made of strip bent along bent line to make different-size quadrangles with two parallel bend line sides and coiled. Sais sections are interconnected by their free sides to make hollow working chamber with unidirectional wavy screw surfaces. Distance between strip bend line equals the sum of length of pocket curved surface involute along inner and outer surfaces of working chamber.
