FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: hinge system for jib (1) with working tool fastener (2) comprises rotary joint (3) with two turn supports (4, 5) spaced apart along turn axis (x). One of said turn supports (4, 5) has at least two plates (6, 7) and one support roller (8). One plate (6) can be connected with jib (1) while another plate (7) can be connected to fastener. Support roller (8) is rigidly jointed to one of said plates (6, 7) and can revolve relative to another one of said two plates (6, 7). Said system comprises one pendulum brake (9) to brake or to damp the working tool pendulum motion on jib (1) that has multiple plate-like brake elements (10, 11). First part (10) of said plate-like brake elements (10, 11) has the outer shape at its outer circular edge while second part (11) of said plate-like brake elements (10, 11) hast the inner shape at its inner circular edge. First (10) or second (11) part of said elements (10, 11) is secured at support roller (8) via complementary shape with geometrical closure while second part (11) of said elements is secured to that of plates (6, 7) via complementary shape with geometrical closure relative to which said support roller (8) turns.
