FIELD: mechanical engineering; load-lifting facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed crane-manipulator unit is designed for loading, unloading and mounting operations in combustion with specialized load-handling facilities. Proposed crane-manipulator unit has slewing gear with outriggers, single-section boom with hydraulic load-lifting hoist placed inside, hydraulic system, corresponding electromechanical and hydraulic safety devices and electric system. Outriggers of proposed unit are optimized to simplify design and improved performance characteristics, as well as design of slewing part of slewing gear, boom, hydraulic system and electric system and other units. Unit is furnished with headlights-searchlights to illuminate hook and working site which are installed on slewing part of slewing gear and head of boom.
