FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: application scope: measurement equipment systems. The essence of the invention: versions of production of a series of sensitive elements from sections of a single spiral or a direct temperature-sensitive wire with the specified resistance parameters are proposed; adjustment of the parameter of the test group of a batch of ready-made sensitive elements to a nominal value is performed, and then, adjustment of the whole batch in the chosen mode is performed. With that, adjustment of the nominal of the test group of sensitive elements is performed by means of an electrical scanning method or by scanning with focused laser beam of biospiral outputs. At negative allowance adjustment is also performed by additional etching of a core with a sensitive element, or if the sensitive element is in a vacuumised housing and does not touch walls of the latter, adjustment is performed by means of partial evaporation of the sensitive element by means of increased voltage current passing through it.
EFFECT: high maintainability of adjustment of resistance of sensitive elements to the nominal value at large-scale production of resistance temperature detectors.
