FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to batchers. This batcher comprises cover including cap with fasteners on the section of its surface and ring articulated with the cap and including the gripper to accommodate the scoop. The latter including the handle and barrel secured thereto. Said fasteners comprises thrust element and retainer prop or the first thrust element, second thrust element and flexible retainer arranged between first and second thrusts. The gripper comprises curvilinear section that can partially surround the scoop so that the latter can be easily removed without contact with container contents. Note here that handle size and position are selected so that there is no access to said contents without removal of the scoop.

EFFECT: ease of attachment and withdrawal of scoop without fouling of the product.
