FIELD: testing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of testing technology and can be used for experimental determination of the dynamic characteristics of submersible vehicle launchers. The device comprises a fluid-filled rugged housing with bottoms on one of which the quick-disconnect attachment fitting of submersible vehicle launcher, guide elements for the submersible vehicle, and device for its braking, a gas-filled damping cavity, system of set pressure in the damping cavity, measuring and recording equipment that controls operation of the stand, and system of maintenance of constant set pressure in the damping cavity. At that the system of pressure maintenance comprises the equalising cylinder with the pneumatic drive located in the damping cavity, which rod is inserted into the damping cavity of the stand rugged housing and is connected with the piston of the equalising cylinder, which enclosed volume is provided with a valve of equalising pressure in it with the damping cavity, and the pneumatic drive comprises a receiver the high pressure air, a software-controlled valve, and a valve of pressure relief from the working volume of the pneumatic drive.
EFFECT: ensuring effective maintenance of the constant pressure in the damping cavity of the stand.
