FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optic fibre measurement equipment. A system comprises a wide-band radiation source, an optical splitter into several channels, a circulator, an optical receiver, an optical fibre sensor, a control and processing unit and a configurable element. The configurable element as per the first device version is made on the basis of an electro-optical modulator set up according to the unbalanced Mach-Zender interferometer scheme. The configurable element as per the second version comprises a circulator and an electro-optical configurable filter. The configurable elements are made on the basis of electro-optical crystal of lithium niobate or lithium tantalite type.
EFFECT: more reliable and faster measurement, simplified design due to no mechanical movable parts included.
