FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of a sensor in the form of a resonator, an electronic excitation unit of electromagnetic oscillations in the resonator and measurement of its resonant frequency and a circulator with the number of arms equal to 3 and more. Corresponding sensitive elements including identical ones made in the form of receiving-and-transmitting antennae or pieces of waveguides with an open end face, which are directed towards the controlled object, are connected to the circulator arms. In order to measure physical parameters of liquid, sensitive elements can be made in the form of pieces of waveguides, which are partially submerged into it.

EFFECT: improving sensitivity of the device.
