SUBSTANCE: method envisages preparation of recipe components, cooking, shelling and cutting chicken eggs, cutting and frying in vegetable oil chicken liver, cutting and blanching cucumbers, blanching and cutting grapes cutting and freezing lettuce, and parsley, and dill, pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake, the listed components with salt, the produced mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce adhesion manufactured target product to container walls.
