SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, chicken eggs boiling, shelling and cutting, beef cutting and frying in vegetable oil, potatoes, tomatoes and bulb onions cutting and blanching, carrots and beet-roots blanching and cutting, parsley greens cutting and freezing, cherries pitting and blanching, fresh green peas freezing, brined cucumbers cutting, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with salt, citric acid, mustard and caraway, the produced mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
