SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the industry of synthetic rubbers to obtain sealing materials, workable under conditions of an aggressive media in high temperatures. Vinylidene fluoride-based copolymers have the general formula: where R=>CH2; >CF2, but not less than 65 mol.%. R=>CH2; Rf=-CF3, -OCF3; -OCF2CF2CF2OCF3; -OCF2CF2(OCF2)2OCF3; m=17.0-34.5 mol.%.; p=0.3-3.3 mol.%.; n =the remaining part to 100 mol.%; k=2-6.

EFFECT: obtaining vinylidene fluoride-based copolymers, which do not contain gel, with vulcanisates which are based on them, possessing high strength and elasticity in addition to good indices of a compression set.
