FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a frost-resistant rubber mixture and can be applied in the automobile and rubber industry for production of sealing components, exploited under low-temperature conditions. The rubber mixture contains butadiene-nitrile rubber BNKS-18 AN, butadiene nitrile rubber SKN-18PVH 30, thiuram D, naphtha-2, sulphenamide C, factice, technical carbon P 803, technical carbon T 900, technical carbon P245, zinc oxide, sulphur, stearin, wax ZVP, oxanol KD-6, carboxyl KS-20, N,N-dithiodimorpholin, N-nitrosodiphenylamide and plasticisers - dibutyl sebacate or trichloroethylphosphate, or trichloropropylphosphate.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve physical-mechanical characteristics, in particular the temperature limit of fragility, relative elongation in rupture.
