FIELD: rubber production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber production, in particular to frost-resistant rubber compounds for the manufacture of sealing elements of packer-anchor equipment. A frost-resistant rubber mixture is proposed, including a combination of butadiene-nitrile rubbers BNKS-28AMN and BNKS-18AMN, percadox 14-40V, zinc white, stearic acid, carbon black P-803 and silicon dioxide BS-120, antioxidant IPPD, acetonatanyl N, dibutyl sebacate. The mixture is characterized by the fact that it additionally contains a chlorinated thermoplastic polyolefin and a nitrosamine-free thiadiazole accelerator with the following content of components, pts. wt.: nitrile butadiene rubber BNKS-28AMN 60, nitrile butadiene rubber BNKS-18AMN - 20-25, chlorinated thermoplastic polyolefin – 15-20, percadox - 14-40V 5, nitrosamine-free thiadiazole accelerator - 1, zinc white - 5, stearic acid - 3, antioxidant IPPD -3, acetonanil N - 2, carbon black P-803 - 120, silicon dioxide BS-120 - 10-15, dibutyl sebacate - 15-20.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the frost resistance of the rubber compound.
