SUBSTANCE: device comprises a grip and an alarm element about the location of mine, made in the form of a sonar beacon. Additionally the cutter with a drive is mounted, controlled by a command from the supplying ship. The sonar beacon comprises a power supply, the channels of emitted and received signals, the encoder, and the pressure sensor.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of destruction of a moored mine due to determining its location after cutting its mine mooring cable.
