FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, namely, to underwater engineering, including to the technique for performing various underwater engineering works, and can be used for demining the water area. Multifunctional unit for performing underwater engineering works consists of an on-board module and includes a tripping device, power supply means, a control means of the mobile module. Mobile module contains a self-propelled platform with propulsors, antennas and sensors of navigation and hydroacoustic equipment and a functional underwater vehicle. Platform is designed as a surface watercraft, is equipped with four identical propellers located in the corner extremities, the control system of which is integrated with the system of dynamic platform positioning, and also the platform is equipped with a lifting device, an electric power source. Platform body comprises a chamber configured to house a functional underwater vehicle therein. As propulsors used pod propulsion system, equipped with electric motors. Unit control system is radio-controlled with the possibility of transmitting to the carrier vessel the information obtained by the self-propelled platform equipment and the functional underwater vehicle through the radio channel.
EFFECT: it is possible to increase the safety of the survey of the water area and its de-mining.
