SUBSTANCE: line comprises containers of grain, mineral and fat-containing components, the measuring dispenser, the grinder and the mixer. The line additionally comprises a storage container with a mechanism of feeding the mixture from it. The mixer is combined with the measuring dispenser. The additional storage container is mounted in the line between the measuring dispenser and the grinder. The method of operation of the production line of compound feed comprises dosing, grinding grain, mineral and fat components and preparing the mixture of them. Preparing of the mixture is carried out before grinding at the moment of dosing.
