PRE-STARTER FEEDSTUFFS PRODUCTION LINE Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC A23N17/00

Abstract RU 2543271 C2

FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to pre-starter feedstuffs production equipment. The line contains the following units, interconnected either immediately or with the help of transportation means: feeder bins, a separator, a stone extractor, magnetic columns, sieving machines, crushers, millers, weight dosers, mixers, press granulators and a cooler. The line is additionally equipped with a bin and a feeder for a mixture of grain components and soya and a conditioner whereto steam and milled mixture of grain components and soya are simultaneously delivered. Installed downstream the conditioner is an extruder for production of extruded mixture of grains and soya. After extrusion, the grain mixture is supplied into the cooler, the miller and then - the bin that is installed upstream relative to the weight doser for introduction of the main feedstuff components, the barley intermediate storage bin and the coarse milling crusher. Installed downstream the coarse milling crusher are a sieving machine and an aspirator for selection of glume-less barley grains and their transfer into the bin. The aspirator is installed upstream relative to the weight doser for formation of a mixture of grain and soya.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to enhance the quality of feedstuffs produced.
