SUBSTANCE: device contains a pipe string of large diameter and a pipe string of less diameter concentrically placed between each other thus forming annular space, a packer separating the upper and lower reservoir of the well, a centrifugal or a crew pump with electric drive connected to the cable, a pump casing, a sleeve ensuring criss-cross flow of the wellbore fluid and injected liquid, which is installed upstream the upper reservoir and a liner. The pipe string of large diameter is made with a seat and a packer placed upstream the upper reservoir of the well forming annular space with the packer, which is divided into the upper and lower chamber by a packer installed additionally in the well upstream the upper reservoir where the sleeve ensuring criss-cross flow of the wellbore fluid and injected liquid is placed and connected to the pump casing from the top and to the liner from below, and the sleeve is capable of closing the criss-cross flow of the wellbore fluid from the lower chamber. In the pipe all above the seat there are openings that join the annular space with the upper chamber. The pipe string of less diameter is made with a nipple installed hermetically into the seat by means of sealing.
EFFECT: improved reliability of the well operation and simplification of the device design.
