FIELD: sports.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated system of monitoring and control (ASMC) of the sphere of physical culture and sport in the region (SPCR). The system comprises at least one automated work place (AWP) 1 of the system user and at least one AWP 2 of the sport facility, interconnected by the computer network (CN) 3 of physical culture and sport of the region (PCSR). CN 3 of PCSR comprises at least one AWP 3.1 of the administrator on duty, ensuring continuous running of the CN 3 of PCSR, at least one digital identifier 3.2 for registration and identification of users and objects of PCSR, at least one server 3.3 of personal and administrative data with the right to access on the identification code, at least one server 3.4 of public data with the right of open access, and at least one encoder 3.5 for issue of electronic tickets and passes on the chip and magnetic cards 3.6 to sports and cultural events of PCSR. The encoders 3.5 through the AWP 1 along the encrypted communication channels are connected to the serving bank of PCSR. The AWP 1 of users and AWP 2 of sport facilities are connected by the digital communication lines with the server 3.4 of public data directly, and to the server 3.3 of personal and administrative data through the digital identifier 3.2 and/or AWP 3.1 of the administrator on duty. The AWP 2 of sport facilities are connected with automated checkpoints 4 equipped with decoders 5 for reading cards 3.6 of electronic tickets and passes.

EFFECT: system enables to expand the ability of people to access to sport facilities and their entertainment events to strengthen their physical health and employment of young people in their free time.
