SUBSTANCE: method involves chicken eggs boiling, shelling and cutting, potatoes and apples cutting and blanching, fresh green peas freezing, brined cucumbers, beef and beef liver cutting and the listed components mixing with salt. In the composition of the beef and beef liver mixture one additionally uses ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake that is preliminarily poured with drinking water at a weight ratio equal to nearly 1:5 and maintained for swelling.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the target product adhesion to container walls.
