SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, chicken eggs boiling, shelling and cutting, beef cutting and frying in melted butter, potatoes and apples cutting and blanching, carrots blanching and cutting, brined cucumbers cutting, fresh green peas freezing, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with salt and black hot pepper, sour cream and mayonnaise mixing, the produced mixtures packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
