CONTROL OVER MUTUAL SPATIAL POSITION OF ERECTION SITES Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC G01C9/06

Abstract RU 2523608 C1

FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in levelling the article and mounting the metering units at controlled sites. each said unit comprises two transducers to measure deviation from horizon in two mutually perpendicular directions. Besides, they measure the inclination of every site to horizon and compute the angles of mutual orientation. Axis of transducer sensitivity are directed along the site base axis. Then, sensitivity axis of first site transducer is turned through angle equal to rated angle of azimuthal misalignment between axes OX1 and OX2 indicated in article drawing. At a time, angles of controlled sites relative to horizontal axes are measured. Then, sensitivity axis of first site transducer is turned through angle equal to 90 degrees in azimuthal plane. At a time, angles of controlled sites relative to horizontal axes are measured. Then, sensitivity axis of first site transducer is turned through angle equal to 90 degrees in azimuthal plane. Then, the article is turned relative to horizontal axis through angle φ3. At a time, site deflection from horizon is measured to turn sensitivity angle through 90 degrees. At a time, site deflection from horizon is measured to calculate angles of misalignment between sites relative to horizontal axis. Angle of azimuthal misalignment is defined from the equation: Δ A * = Δ A + δ A ¯ δ A ¯ = a r c t g sin φ 2 k φ 2 0 2 sin ν 2 k ν 2 0 2 a r c t g sin φ 1 k φ 1 0 2 sin ν 1 k ν 1 0 2 , where ΔA* is angle of azimuthal misalignment; ΔA is angle of azimuthal misalignment indicated in article drawing; δ A ¯ angle of azimuthal misalignment as-measured; are angles of first site deflection from horizon at site inclination; are angles of second site deflection from horizon at site inclination; are angles of first site deflection from horizon at site inclination at horizontal position of article axes; are angles of second site deflection from horizon at site inclination at horizontal position of article axes.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of control.
