FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention presented variable hydrodynamic resistance rotor for stationary hydrocycle containing central element (12) at the periphery of which blades (13) are installed which represent blades of marine type containing inlet edge (13'), outlet edge (13") and convex spiral surface. In this system, the mentioned rotor on its opposite outer surfaces has axles (14) for pedals (15), where each axle (13) on the mentioned outlet edge (13") is connected with the mentioned rotor (10) by means of fixtures (20) made with possibility of automatic orientation of a blade (13) depending on speed of rotation being imparted to rotor (10) via pedals (15). The said central element (12) includes mean (30) for regulation of maximum possible blades opening containing mechanical limiting element (31) made capable to move for changing maximum possible opening of each blade (13). In this system, the mentioned mean (30) for regulation of maximum possible opening is made capable to be actuated by control device (40) attached to one end of the mentioned mean (30) for regulation of maximum possible opening.
EFFECT: creation of variable hydrodynamic resistance for hydrocycle.
