SUBSTANCE: device has front stop 14 on pedal body 2 arranged before axis X and rear engagement member 6 which can travel opposite to resilient returning effort, upper holding means engaging with holding means arranged under sole, gasket 15 fastened under sole and provided with front stop in its front part. Gasket 15 has at least one lower engagement member projecting rearwards and limiting cross slot. Face 35 b is made on at least one cross end of rear member. Face 35 b is inclined through definite angle relative to cross direction of gasket. Face 35 b and nearest part of rear member form dihedral angle with apex pointed outwards. Face 35 b ensures uncoupling by taking out the bead upwards at turning with definite amplitude in preset direction through angle less than maximum angle of turning at which device still exerts resilient returning effort on gasket.
