Sheet is made of steel containing in wt %: 0.0005-0.0050 C, not over 0.50 Si, not over 2.00 Mn, not over 0.100 P, not over 0.020 S, 0.010-0.100 wt % Ti, not over 0.080 wt % of acid-soluble Al, not over 0.0070 wt % N, Fe and unavoidable impurities making the rest. Note here the content of C, N, S and Ti satisfies the following relationship: ([%Ti]/48-[%N]/14-[%S]/32)/([%C]/12)≥1.00.
