FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acoustic ceiling tiles made of a nonwoven fabric. The material includes mainly a plane and self-supporting core of an inorganic basic fibre and a synthetic thermal bonding fibre. The synthetic thermal bonding fibre is preferably characterised by an increased area of a bonding surface which improves the adhesion and porosity to provide the sound absorption by a plate or the core with low density.
EFFECT: invention enables to improve the efficiency of the acoustic ceiling tiles.
