FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: stand comprises a frame (1) with a groove (2) mounted on it by means of inclined flat springs (4, 5) with reinforcement ribs (3) fixed on its lower surface. The groove is connected to a crank drive mounted on the frame with a variable rotation frequency of its engine. The height of the front removable springs (5) is equal or less than the height of the rear springs (4). The groove is designed with the rear restrictive wall (8) permanently fixed on it and the front wall (10) pivotally fixed on its lower part with the possibility of its fixation in the initial vertical position by means of a retainer (11). A receiving box (12) is located under the front wall on the frame for unloading a sample of the transported load (7) in it. The stand is equipped with a device for measuring the unloading time of the sample of the transported load from the groove into the receiving box.
EFFECT: optimisation of the parameters of the projected vibrating conveyor.
