SUBSTANCE: method involves chicken eggs boiling, shelling and cutting, potatoes, lagenaria and paprika cutting and blanching, carrots blanching and cutting, greens cutting and freezing, fresh green peas freezing, brined cucumbers and calamary fillet cutting, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with acetic acid, sugar, salt and black hot pepper, the produced mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
