FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in development of charges for fowling 7.62×39-9 cartridges (with 9 g bullet). Proposed charge comprises spherical powder made of NC with content of nitrogen oxide of 212.0…214.0 ml NO/g, with diameter of powder elements of 0.65…0.95 mm, depth of fire crown of 0.31…0.37 mm, bulk density of 0.950…0.990 kg/dm3 at the following ratio of components, in wt %: 07 screen undersize powder fraction and 0.4 screen oversize fraction - at least 80; sum of coarse oversize fraction and fine undersize fraction - not over 20.
