FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: charge is to be fitted in encapsulated cartridge case with bullet. Said charge consists of gun-cotton, diphenylamine, dinitrotoluene, centralite I, graphite, ethyl acetate, and moisture. Powder consists of the mix of 70-80 wt % of gun-cotton with nitrogen oxide content of 212.7-214.5 ml of NO/g and 20-30 wt % returnable-process wastes from previous process jobs, 10-30 wt % of HMX or hexogen relative to total content of gun-powder. Powder with bulk density of 0.970…0.995 kg/dm³ is phlegmatised from surface of 4.1-6.2 wt % of centralite I and 4.1-6.2 wt % of dinitrotoluene at the following ratio of fractions, wt %: 0.4…0.7 mm - at least 92, under 0.4 mm and over 0.7 mm - not over 8.

EFFECT: increased bullet velocity.
