FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to hydraulic drilling machine with downhole percussion perforator and its operation and assembly. Proposed machine comprises hydraulic perforator including piston to act on drill bit, shuttle valve to control piston reciprocation, hydraulic fluid accumulator and perforator connection valve. Besides, it includes at least one drill rod with first valve for connection of drill rod with perforator and second valve for connection of drill rod with said first connection valve of similar drill rod or with rotary drive. Piston and shuttle valve are arranged, in fact, in one line with perforator travel axis, accumulator being located nearby shuttle valve. Perforator connection valve, first and second connection valves comprises at least one plate valve arranged nearby appropriate valve seat. Perforator connection valve, first and second connection valves are designed to prevent backflow of returned hydraulic fluid.
EFFECT: ruled out oil leaks.
