FIELD: drilling equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to submersible drilling devices with volumetric hydraulic drive for percussive rotary drilling of wells. Submersible hydropercussion mechanism of hammer comprises percussion device arranged in drill pipe, which comprises piston and its control mechanism, device for transfer of torque to drilling bit located above piston, and system for supply and removal of working fluid, providing for back-and-forth movement of piston, transmission of torque to drilling bit and cleaning of bottomhole. System for supply and removal of working fluid, providing reciprocal movement of piston and transfer of torque to drilling bit, is made in the form of closed loop of oil-conducting tubes of high and low pressure, connected to piston control mechanism and device of torque transfer to drilling bit through distribution adapter. System for supply and removal of working fluid for cleaning face is made in form of air duct. Device for transfer of torque to drilling bit is made in form of gerotor with fixed gear—stator and movable gear—rotor, connected by means of planetary connection with external gear, which is engaged with splined tube, which by its other end through splines is connected to shank and rigidly fixed to it drill bit.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption, shorter service life, as well as high-pressure oil transfer without tube build-up—single-thread method.
