SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to medical hose in assembly, which facilitates reliable fixation of tube, for instance, catheter, for brachitherapy or access catheter of other type, for instance, for light therapy, or drainage tube for patient's tissue. Medical hose in assembly contains ribbed medical tube and slider. Ribbed medical tube is made in form of elongated tubular element, provided with one or several longitudinal ribs. Slider is installed with possibility of sliding on ribbed tube and is provided with lock device and one or several holes for threads. Lock device is intended for application of stopping effort to one or several longitudinal ribs.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reliably prevent motion of medical tube into patient's body and out of it and, possibly, fix medical tube to patient's body tissue by means of loop, which makes it possible for doctor to place loop in one or several places along tube, without disturbing integrity of tube cavity.
