FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular to an instant functional food product. The instant functional food product for nutritional status disruption correction contains a protein, a carbohydrate and a fat components, a vitamin-and-mineral premix, food fibres, taste, aroma and other additives. The protein component is represented by chicken protein hydrolysate enriched with defatted cow milk protein. The carbohydrate component is represented by a mixture of mono- or disaccharide with polysaccharide. The vitamin-and-mineral premix additionally contains a biologically active substance represented by a mixture of selenium, molybdenum and chrome.
EFFECT: functional food product allows to expand the range of instant functional food products, has increased nutritive and biological value and may be used in alimentation of people with body overweight, for nutritional support of people with reduced body-weight index, for the organism adaptive capabilities enhancement.
