FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, namely to a specialized food product intended as an additional therapeutic nutrition for patients with diabetic nephropathy. A specialized food product contains sources of proteins, fats and carbohydrates in a ratio of 1:1.4:1.6. At the same time, soy protein isolate is used as a protein source, and microcapsulated rapeseed oil on a protein carrier, including 60% oleic acid, 20% linoleic acid, 10% α-linolenic acid as a source of fat, and maltodextrin is used as a source of carbohydrates. In addition, the sweetener ”Stevilia E” and erythritol are used as a source of sweet taste in a ratio of 1:2.2-1:2.5, as vitamins a premix, including vitamins A, D3, E, K1, C, B1, B2, B6, B12, PP, pantothenic and folic acids, biotin. As biologically active substances, the product contains taurine and curcumin, as dietary fiber, gum-arabic and polydextrose in a ratio of 1:7.3, as well as docosahexaenoic acid “LifeDHA S17-P100”, powdered beet juice and natural flavors.
EFFECT: invention contributes to the optimization and personalization of therapeutic nutrition of patients with diabetic nephropathy, and also provides correction of dyslipidemia, hyperkalemia, anemia and bone mineral disorders in this category of patients.
