FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transportation and can be used for production of inserts for electric disconnection of pipelines and/or their lengths. Proposed method comprises glue-mechanical connection of metal pipes with adapter composed by dielectric pipe. Dielectric washers are fitted between insert and coupling. Lock joint is made between pipes and coupling by making circular recesses at pipes and mating circular ledges at coupling inner surface at drawing the coupling with pipes through spinneret accompanied with filling of recesses with coupling metal owing to plastic deformation by squeezing forces.
EFFECT: simplified process, higher reliability.
